Job Description
- Ensures all responders and control room supervisors adhere to policies and standard operating procedures
- Oversees site security systems to ensure safe and compliant operation of the facility
- Acts as responder or control room supervisor in periods of increased activity or in the case of absent staff
- Maintains and troubleshoots onsite security technology
- Recommends corrective actions for security staff to the campus security manager
- Assists with the delivery of counseling and corrective action as directed by the campus security manager
- Assists with site equipment inspections and audit compliance
- Conducts recalling audits prepares and submits critical and confidential information directly to client management team
- Maintains required security documentation ensuring accuracy in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Serves as primary point of contact to datacenter management and security personnel when the campus security manager is unavailable
Qualifications :
- An associate degree in a relevant field is required such as a Bachelor in Protection and Security or a Certified Protection Professional (CPP)
- Associate degree in relevant field
- Very good knowledge of German and English (C1)
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with staff supervision
- The 34a certification is required
