We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Manager Civil & Interior to lead client acquisition and project sourcing efforts for highend civil construction and luxury interior fitout projects. The role requires strong industry connections technical sales expertise and the ability to close highvalue deals across commercial hospitality residential and institutional segments.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
- Identify and engage with potential clients consultants architects project management companies and real estate developers.
- Generate qualified leads and build a solid pipeline for civil and interior contracting opportunities.
- Conduct presentations site visits and technical discussions to position the company as a preferred partner.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Understand project briefs and propose suitable civil and interior solutions in coordination with the technical team.
- Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure including proposal preparation pricing coordination and negotiations.
- Ensure targets related to revenue conversion and client acquisition are achieved.
Relationship Management:
- Nurture longterm client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders ensuring their expectations are met throughout the engagement.
- Attend networking events exhibitions and industry forums to enhance company visibility.
Market Insights & Collaboration:
- Track upcoming civil and interior projects through market intelligence pretender notifications and private development leads.
- Provide strategic feedback to estimating design and project teams based on client requirements and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams for timely submission of technical/commercial proposals and tender documentation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 815 years of experience in B2B/project sales within civil construction interior contracting or turnkey fitout sectors.
- Proven track record of winning medium to largescale interior or civil projects (commercial residential hospitality retail etc.).
- Strong understanding of project execution BOQs tendering and client decisionmaking processes.
- Excellent communication negotiation and networking skills.
