We are seeking a resultoriented and dynamic Business Development Manager (Sales) to spearhead growth across facade designbuild verticals. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry networks consultative selling skills and a proven track record in securing highvalue projects across commercial and institutional sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in faade engineering and decorative lighting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects consultants project management companies (PMCs) developers and contractors.
- Build a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into profitable projects.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and technical solution proposals tailored to client needs.
Client Engagement & Account Management:
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate faade and lighting solutions.
- Manage presales and postsales client interactions to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Regularly visit project sites attend design meetings and coordinate with internal technical teams.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Stay abreast of industry trends competitors and market shifts in faade and architectural lighting domains.
- Participate in trade shows exhibitions and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.
- Provide feedback to design and engineering teams for innovative solutions and valueadded offerings.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Collaborate with estimation design and execution teams for technical proposals quotations and tender submissions.
- Maintain updated CRM records and generate regular reports on sales forecasts targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications and Experience:
