Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail leader to join our team as the new National Retail Manager.
In this role you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our retail strategy primarily in our company owned stores. You will be responsible for leading highperforming teams optimizing customer experiences and ensuring operational efficiency. Your expertise in retail management combined with strong financial acumen and a strategic mindset will be key to achieving business goals and growing our brand of the future.
Core responsibilities include:
- Spearheading the implementation of our retail strategy ensuring it aligns with overarching business goals and reinforces our brand identity
- Build guide and nurture highperforming retail teams cultivating a culture focused on excellence and exceptional customer experiences
- Manage retail operations including staffing inventory control and full P&L responsibility for our 12 company owned stores
- Execute instore activations promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives to boost sales and loyalty.
- Leverage datadriven insights to improve performance refine the customer journey and increase profitability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership marketing merchandising planning and store teams to ensure cohesive execution and growth.
- Be part of growth initiatives ensuring operational readiness for optimal performance
Skills And Experiences
The successful applicant will have:
- Substantial experience (5 years) in a senior multisite retail management role preferably within the consumer products or lifestyle retail sector
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating multisite retail teams to achieve sales and operational targets
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful retail strategies including marketing merchandising and customer experience initiatives
- Tertiary qualification in Retail Management Business or a related field desirable
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed datadriven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to identify and capitalise on new opportunities for growth
- Resultsfocused holding oneself to a high standard of excellence
