Job Description
Founded in 2013 Voodoo is a tech company that creates mobile games and apps with a mission to entertain the world. Gathering 800 employees 7 billion downloads and over 200 million active users Voodoo is the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in terms of downloads after Google and Meta. Our portfolio includes charttopping games like Mob Control and Block Jam alongside popular apps such as BeReal and Wizz.
Team
Blitz is a gaming platform launched by Voodoo in 2021 allowing players to compete on mobile games for real cash prizes (headup tournaments leagues etc.). It is leveraging Voodoos unique game portfolio to engage users in a fun and rewarding way.
Were looking for an Operations Manager to join our team at Blitz. In this role youll be responsible for driving operational excellence and business growth through datadriven strategies and process optimization.
Role
- Drive strategic initiatives to enhance business growth and operational efficiency
- Design and implement automated systems to streamline processes and improve team productivity
- Manage and optimize the payment infrastructure to ensure system stability and operational efficiency
- Develop and execute comprehensive fraud prevention strategies through data analytics
- Lead the development and optimization of our custom CRM system for improved user retention
- Oversee customer support operations and implement process improvements
- Handle legal and financial matters related to business operations
- Conduct indepth data analysis to derive actionable insights and measure performance
- Build and maintain relationships with crossfunctional teams to ensure aligned execution
- Create and implement scalable solutions for operational challenges
Profile
- Masters degree in top tier Engineering school
- Highly analytical meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance tracking
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and strategic thinking
- Nice to have a first experience in investment banking management consulting or private equity firm
- Deep interest in gaming
- English and French proficiency
- A team player with a deep collaborative mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a positive attitude toward receiving acting on and providing feedback
- Demonstrated accountability independence and ownership over your work
