About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Writer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work on multiple product development projects simultaneously collaborating with crossfunctional teams across the UK and North America. This role requires a selfstarter who can help build and establish standards and processes for documentation and control in accordance with ISO 9001.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers product managers and customer success teams to create comprehensive technical documentation including user manuals guides regulations standards and technical specifications for equipment.
• Develop and maintain clear concise and accurate documentation that meets the needs of our diverse user base.
• Establish and implement documentation standards and processes to ensure consistency and quality across all technical documents.
• Ensure all documentation complies with ISO 9001 standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery of highquality documentation.
• Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality.
• Review and edit content created by other team members to ensure clarity consistency and accuracy.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and implement best practices in technical writing and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a technical or engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and experience in implementing documentation processes in compliance with these standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks as well as experience using AI tools for content generation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools and software.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams in different geographical locations.
• Bachelors degree in Technical Writing Engineering Communications or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AI Technical Writing Certification Course
• Experience working in a global team environment.
• Familiarity with product development processes and lifecycle.
• Knowledge of industryspecific regulations and standards.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and version control systems.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Certification in Technical Writing or related fields.
• Experience with multimedia content creation (e.g. video tutorials interactive guides).
