Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Author comprehensive technical documentation including API guides migration playbooks
Create developer guides architecture decision records (ADRs) and knowledgebase articles
Training Material Documentation
Produce video tutorials and conduct training demos and presentations
Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) between business and IT teams

Required Skills

Proven experience in technical writing and training documentation (5 10 years).
Strong background in DAM platforms and content modeling.
Ability to create structured content.
Experience with multimedia tools for training delivery.
