What does it feel like to be a Senior Business Development Manager in NetcompanyIntrasoft

Netcompany is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our Public Sector solutions business within these key markets. You will leverage your established network sharp market insights and exceptional communication skills to identify cultivate and close significant opportunities within Public Sector Institutions. As a key representative of Netcompany you will be instrumental in forging longterm strategic relationships with clients and partners directly contributing to our ambitious business objectives.

As a Senior Business Development Manager you will:

  • Craft and execute a robust sales strategy specifically tailored for the French and Swiss Public Sector leveraging your deep understanding of local market dynamics and Netcompanys capabilities.
  • Proactively identify qualify and nurture a strong pipeline of Public Sector leads and skillfully drive direct sales opportunities through the entire lifecycle.
  • Build and cultivate impactful local partnerships and channel relationships to amplify Netcompanys reach and drive both direct and indirect sales success.
  • The product and solutions portfolio to market includes: 1. Custom and Taxation applications. 2. Software Development activities. 3. IT Consulting & Systems Integration.

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • Minimum of 8 years of demonstrable and successful experience in a sales or business development role specifically within the Public Sector Information Technology market in France or Switzerland.  
  • Strong and verifiable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets within the French/Swiss Public Sector.
  • Strong headhunting skills with a sense of ownership and a proven ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential coupled with outstanding presentation negotiation and relationshipbuilding abilities.
  • A Masters degree in Business Administration or a relevant field will be considered a significant advantage.
