Job Description

DescriptionMotivated Agricultural Mechanics teacher with appropriate certifications. Previous experience preferred but not : 11 months. (220 days); Position may require extended hours and Work and collaborate with Animal Science teacher and students. Exhibit the ability to oversee and instruct students in all aspects of ag mechanics projects for county and statewide to instruct students manage a classroom and motivate students to participate in all levels of the FFA program required. Leadership in FFA and skills activities Strong interpersonal organizational and communication skills and Instruct students to attain Industry Based Requirements: Bachelors degree from an accredited university Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements or related training and work experience for certification waivers under the District of Innovation Plan (DOI)Special Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of curriculum and instruction Ability to instruct students and manage classroom behavior Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skillsFor more information please contact High School Principal Kim Mattingly
