Role Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an effective curriculum for Accountancy aligned with educational standards.
- Deliver engaging lectures and presentations to students ensuring comprehension of the subject matter.
- Assess student progress through regular tests assignments and examinations.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials.
- Maintain a positive learning environment encouraging student participation and collaboration.
- Provide individual support to students who require additional help with the subject.

- Monitor and evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in Accountancy and education methodologies.

Qualifications:
- . or equivalent degree in Education with a specialization in Accountancy.
- Proven experience as a teacher in Accountancy or related subjects.
- Strong understanding of Accountancy concepts and principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop engaging lesson plans and educational materials.
- Strong analytical and assessment skills.
- Experience with teaching tools and educational software.
- Ability to maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to student success and learning.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms is a plus.
- Experience in assessing student learning styles and adapting teaching methods accordingly.
