Are you passionate about driving continuous improvement and optimizing business processes Hitachi Energy is looking for a dynamic Business Process Owner to join our team in Bland VA. In this role youll work within the factory and across the HUB to execute impactful projects troubleshoot business challenges and enhance our processes from Quotation through Warranty. How Youll Make an Impact
Develop process maps and define current business practices for SAP upgrades.
Deliver continuous improvements aligned with the strategic vision of HUB functions and factories.
Participate in projects across all business functions to drive process enhancements.
Document and verify business enhancements against HUB strategy.
Investigate and prioritize business requirements to define project scope and objectives.
Troubleshoot analyze and resolve complex problems implementing preventive measures.
Maintain and support a variety of systems ensuring accuracy and responsiveness.
Lead internal testing and coordinate with business champions documenting standard work packages.
Your Background
Bachelors degree in business mechanical engineering industrial engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Proven relationshipbuilding and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated team orientation motivation and flexibility.
Ability to travel domestically (1030%) for project updates and team meetings.
Value Stream Mapping and ERP experience are a plus.
