We are seeking motivated and experienced professional who can effectively contribute to the role deliverables connected with position this position you can actively participate to our growth and make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment as:
Position : Factory Controller: Global Production Network
Location: Pune
Your contributions to organisations growth:
- Analyze and monitor production costs of Swiss India and China Factories
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts to assess economic development
- Support budgeting processes and cost control initiatives
- Identify savings opportunities and efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Support Business to prepare Capex Budget
- Monitor and analyze project costs and budgets for internal projects
- Create rolling simulations of the business case based on available data (e.g. savings etc.)
- Provide financial decision-making support to the project management team
- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation measures (e.g. KPI-based monitoring)
- Conduct strategic controlling by evaluating the internal projects from a corporate perspective and ensuring long-term goals
Expertise you have to bring in along with;
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Controlling Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in financial controlling spent in a production environment
- Experience more than 10 years
- Proficiency in SAP system and business intelligence tools is a plus
- Proficiency in English language and knowledge of German language will be an added advantage
