About the Business:
Community is at the heart of what we do as we collect over 140 million litres of milk each year from more than 50 dairy farming families located in WAs pristine Southwest region. All our Brownes Dairy products are made in WA. Our CEO is from WA too. We are fiercely protective of our environment pride ourselves on being a leader in sustainability and our free school tours program sees thousands of school children learn about the benefits of dairy too.
The Position:
We are seeking Factory Hands preferably with experience in the food manufacturing industry on a casual basis. You will assist Machine Operators and the Production line with packing product and assisting with Machine Operation. This role provides opportunity for Career progression with clearly outlined competency achievement leading to remuneration increase. Our Production teams play a pivotal role in ensuring our products are perfect for our consumers.
Essential Criteria:
- Technical Skills: Experience working in a Production environment on a machine line.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods lift to 25 kg and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork & Communication: Strong collaboration skills to work with the team around you.
- Availability to work day and night shifts.
