Key Responsibilities:
Provide warm attentive and knowledgeable service to all guests in the restaurant tasting room and during private functions.
Present menus explain dishes and wine pairings and assist guests in making informed choices.
Ensure tables are impeccably set and cleared with efficiency and elegance.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
