You ll work with a variety of languages and scripts matching historical fonts and preparing designs for production. Responsibilities:
- Create precise headstone drafts using provided templates and detailed instructions
- Match fonts with existing headstones including decades-old designs
- Prepare drafts for plotting machine production ensuring accuracy for final engraving
- Translate and incorporate text from various languages using specialized character charts
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to design and refine memorial graphics
- Collaborate with team members via ClickUp to ensure timely project completion
- Contribute to process improvement and efficiency in design workflows
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
- Experience with typography and font matching
- Comfort with project management tools particularly ClickUp
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of different language scripts (Hebrew knowledge is a plus)
- Eagerness to learn specialized design processes and industry-specific techniques
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
- Commitment to ongoing skill development and process improvement
