Schedule: MondayFriday Days (Possible weekends depending on business need)
Job Type: Fulltime benefits eligible
Pay:$3845/hr
Location: Midland TX

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections diagnostics and repairs on heavy equipment including excavators loaders bulldozers cranes and other machinery.
• Troubleshoot and service complex hydraulic systems pumps cylinders and valves.
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventative services according to equipment schedules.
• Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools power tools and precision instruments.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet job deadlines and customer expectations.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of handson experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
• Strong expertise in hydraulic systems (troubleshooting repair replacement and rebuilding).
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and service manuals.
• Knowledge of diesel engines transmissions electrical systems and general mechanical repair.
• High school diploma or GED; technical certifications a plus.
• Valid drivers license (CDL preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
• Certification in hydraulic systems or fluid power.
• Experience with brands such as CAT John Deere Case or Cummings.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Must be local to Midland TX
• Must have basic hand tools (Specialized tools will be provided)
• Ability to travel overnight up to 30%
