Job Description
esponsibilities
- Operate and maintain SMT machinery (ASM & MyData) for PCB assembly.
- Assemble electronic components onto PCBs using soldering techniques.
- Perform quality checks using tools such as an ohmmeter to ensure proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with SMT equipment and processes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve manufacturing processes.
- Interpret schematics and technical drawings to guide assembly tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
Experience
- Proven experience in surface mount technology operations or similar roles.
- Proficiency in electrical wiring soldering and using logic controllers.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic machining tasks.
- Familiarity with PCB assembly processes and standards.
- Ability to read and understand technical schematics is essential.
- Previous experience working with SMT equipment is highly desirable.
