JOB SUMMARY

The ECommerce Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless and premium online shopping experience for our customers. This individual is responsible for supporting the daily operations of our ecommerce platform including order processing customer service coordination product listings inventory accuracy and crossfunctional collaboration with internal teams. This role will reward diligent detailed and focused bikefans who share our core belief that bikes change lives.

HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Monitor and manage incoming ecommerce orders ensuring timely processing fulfillment and delivery
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customer service teams to resolve order issues returns and escalations
  • Collaborate with inventory planners and fulfillment teams to track product availability and maintain accurate stock levels online
  • Support product listing management including item creation descriptions images and pricing accuracy
  • Identify and escalate system issues impacting the online rider experience
  • Assist in the execution of online promotions campaigns and product launches
  • Coordinate with marketing operations and retail teams to support business initiatives and resolve operational challenges
  • Generate performance and support reports to track KPIs and identify process improvements
  • Maintain a high standard of customer support aligned with our brand values and riderfirst mindset

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

  • 13 years of experience in ecommerce operations retail support or customer service
  • Strong attention to detail organizational skills and problemsolving ability
  • Experience working with ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify Magento Salesforce Commerce Cloud etc.)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced crossfunctional environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for cycling or familiarity with the cycling industry is a plus

At Specialized your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and will depend on your work experience skills certification and location.
