Symphony Solution Inc. is looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Order Entry Specialist to join our growing team. This position will play a vital role in processing client orders accurately ensuring timely service delivery and maintaining outstanding internal communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter customer orders into internal systems and track order status.
Review incoming order documents for completeness and accuracy.
Collaborate with Sales Customer Support and Fulfilment teams to verify and process requests.
Resolve order discrepancies update records and maintain data accuracy.
Communicate with clients regarding order status updates or any required clarifications.
Maintain detailed logs of transactions and prepare reports as needed.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and client agreements.
Previous experience in order entry data entry or administrative support role.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficient with order management systems Microsoft Excel and other productivity tools.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor s degree or relevant experience preferred.
