Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries via phone email and ticketing system in a timely and courteous manner
Identify investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate service records
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of client concerns
Follow up on unresolved inquiries and ensure client satisfaction
Assist in improving customer service procedures and policies
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
1 years of experience in customer service or support roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
