Support Staff Available: Interdisciplinary team (physicians nurses behavioral health specialists)
Reason for Coverage: Supplemental coverage for crisis intervention services

Brief psychosocial assessments
Brief drug and alcohol assessments
Crisis intervention and safety planning
Inpatient diversion and level-of-care placement
Care coordination and discharge planning
Job Requirements
Licenses: Active Montana license as LCSW LCPC or LMFT
Certifications: American Heart Association BLS
Experience: Preferred 3 5 years in crisis intervention psychiatric emergencies and behavioral health assessments (minimum less than 1 year required)
Other Qualifications: MHPP eligible (preferred); proficiency with EMR systems (Epic)
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide patient-centered trauma-informed crisis intervention services in emergency and behavioral health settings
Conduct psychosocial and substance abuse assessments to determine care needs
Collaborate with medical teams families and community-based providers to ensure coordinated care
Facilitate transitions of care and inpatient diversion as needed
Deliver focused evidence-based interventions while working independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
