- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent customer service
- Lead train and motivate team members to achieve store goals and maintain high performance standards
- Manage inventory including receiving stocking and merchandising products
- Ensure store cleanliness organization and adherence to company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently
- Assist in creating work schedules and managing team member hours
- Participate in loss prevention efforts and maintain store security
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performance
- Support marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement
- Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
Qualifications :
- Must be over the age of 18 .
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience; previous management experience is a plus
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and pointofsale systems
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising preferred
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve goals
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
