Hayes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Gainesville a trusted name in North Georgia automotive sales is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to help drive results grow our team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities:
Lead train and coach a team of sales consultants to meet and exceed performance goals
Drive both new and preowned vehicle sales volume and profitability
Manage the daily sales floor operations including CRM followup and lead handling
Implement and monitor sales processes to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
Work closely with the Finance and Service Departments for seamless customer transitions
Assist with inventory control lot merchandising and vehicle pricing strategies
Maintain high standards for customer service and employee accountability
Report on performance metrics to dealership leadership
Qualifications:
Automotive Sales Manager experience (preferred) or a topperforming Sales Consultant ready to move up
Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds and VinSolutions highly preferred
CDJR (Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram) experience a plus but not required
Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
Resultsdriven mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Proficiency in CRM usage customer followup and lead management best practices
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
