1. Job Purpose
To provide strategic leadership overall management and administrative oversight of the TVET College ensuring delivery of highquality technical and vocational education and training in line with the TVET Act 2013 and relevant national policies.

Qualifications :
3. Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- A Bachelors Degree in Education Technical Education or relevant field from a recognized institution.
- A Masters degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
- Diploma or higher qualification in TVETrelated fields is desirable.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in TVET or education management 3 of which must be at a senior leadership level.
- Must be registered with TVETA and possess a valid Trainers License (or evidence of application).
- Demonstrable knowledge of the TVET Act 2013 and education management policies.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning organizational and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of curriculum development and instructional methodologies.
- Ability to manage resources efficiently and transparently.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
- ICT proficiency and ability to lead digital transformation in TVET.
5. Terms of Appointment
A 3year renewable contract subject to performance appraisal and compliance with TVETA regulations.
