About the VP People role

We are looking for an outstanding VP People to help guide us and our business through a critical moment of evolution and growth. As a key partner to the executive team and a steward of our culture youll have full ownership of all Peoplerelated programs and systems from performance management to organizational design and operational infrastructure.

This is a highimpact hightrust leadership role at the heart of our company. Were looking for a handson growthoriented leader who can drive change fast enable velocity and elevate organizational performance to worldclass standards. Youll be responsible for building a highperforming valuesdriven organization with relentless accountability ensuring Float attracts and retains the highestcalibre talent in the world.

The ideal candidate combines sharp business acumen with decisive actionunafraid to restructure teams roll out new frameworks or deliver hard truths with clarity and conviction.
