Were looking for a People Services Coordinator to join Procores People this role youll support the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding while also maintaining HR systems and records and serving as a key point of contact for employee inquiries. Youll play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance across all HR processes.
As a People Services Coordinator youll partner with the broader People team to manage onboarding offboarding document creation system updates and employee support. Use your strong attention to detail communication skills and ability to multitask to keep HR processes efficient accurate and employee-focused. This position reports into the Manager People Services and will be based in our Heredia Costa Rica office. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.
What youll do:
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes including background check monitoring and offboarding packet preparation
Draft and issue employment-related documents such as offer letters termination letters and employment agreements
Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and direct employees to self-service resources when applicable
Act as a liaison between employees and internal departments such as Payroll IT and Accounts Payable
Manage and assign service requests through Jira and update employee records in HRIS and other systems
Maintain accurate personnel files and ensure data is compliant with company policies and legal standards
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other process documentation
Support audits and compliance reviews through detailed and organized recordkeeping
Assist with scheduling HR-related meetings interviews and trainings and participate in ad hoc projects
What were looking for:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
1 years of experience in an HR support or coordination role preferred
Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools such as Microsoft Office Slack Jira and Workday
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level of professionalism confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across departments
