Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic customerobsessed and organized selfstarter to join as an Account Manager to grow the 3P marketplace in Egypt.

This position is chartered with acquiring developing and managing high value accounts that secure new products selection value pricing & convenience to our customers. Specifically this individual will be responsible for analyzing product selection gaps and execute GTM strategies to attract key market players to join the eCommerce and maximize our products selection edge & customer base accordingly.

Primary Responsibilities:

Developing a thorough understanding of the market segment seasonality and global trends/events and continually monitoring competitor efforts
Identifying prospecting and acquiring highpotential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits events and presentations.
Guiding sellers through sharing bestpractices of online selling including datadriven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery customer experience & business targets.
Collaborating with and influencing a number of internal and external stakeholders to understand and resolve seller issues.



Key job responsibilities
Effectively prioritize and lead a portfolio of selling partners to realize the product familys opportunities and goals (both Inputs/Outputs metrics).
Be your seller partners consultant providing them with datadriven insights and advice to optimize their success and grow their business
Identify key business opportunities of your categories via spotting popular brands trends and pricing to ensure managing the portfolio toward a growth plan
Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting selling partners business performance and provide the Voice of the Seller as an input into product development and process improvement.
Work closely with selling partners educating them about Amazons high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience.
Track and report business development results analyze data interpret reports and information and publish recommendations & action plans for your portfolio of selling partners.
Partner with multiple stakeholders to align programs and initiatives to help drive the growth of your selling partners portfolio.
Lead a variety of projects that drive growth and improve Customer Experience and Seller Experience in Egypt. Partner with regional teams to drive automation and scalability across organization.

3 years of professional or military experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience prospecting qualifying and coldcalling companies

Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
