Job Description

As the VP of Strategy & Media Planning you will be the driving force behind our market teams overseeing the integration of strategic media planning across multiple markets while ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives. Reporting to main internal executives and senior leadership you will set the vision for how media strategy fuels brand and business growth advocating for innovation crossfunctional collaboration and bestinclass partnerships and media activations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Define and lead the agencys in market/global media strategy ensuring alignment with business growth goals and brand vision.
  • Oversee multimarket teams promoting a culture of operational excellence innovation and collaboration.
  • Guide agency thought leadership shaping industry conversations around the future of media digital transformation and AIdriven marketing solutions.
  • Be an executive sponsor for main clients partnering with Csuite stakeholders to align media investments with business objectives.
  • Lead pitches and guide multimarket business development efforts partnering with the agencys Growth teams.
  • Develop and expand strategic client relationships identifying opportunities for deeper engagement and commercial success.
  • Champion a valuedriven approach to media ensuring our solutions directly contribute to measurable business growth for clients.
  • Guide seamless integration across media content and creative strategiesensuring a unified datadriven approach across paid owned and earned channels.
  • Lead the adoption of AI machine learning and advanced analytics tools (e.g. MMM cloudbased solutions) to enhance media planning and measurement.
  • Enhance the agencys approach to media effectiveness developing frameworks that improve decisionmaking across markets.
  • Partner with company partners to shape the future of media strategy ensuring teams remain at the forefront of industry advancements
  • Champion diversity of thought and crossdisciplinary collaboration ensuring teams work cohesively to create bestinclass solutions

Qualifications :

  • 10 years of leadership experience in media strategy planning and digital transformation within an agency or enterprise brand
  • A bold futurefocused mindset always pushing for new ideas innovative solutions and commercial impact
  • Exceptional leadership and team management experience including mentoring and developing highperforming teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and present strategic recommendations with clarity and confidence.
  • Strong proficiency in advanced analytics AIdriven solutions MMM and measurement frameworks to guide strategic decisionmaking
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing brand digital marketingand planning strategies with a fluency in digital media planning
  • Demonstrated experience in developing cohesive presentation narratives from pitches to client presentations and effective communication skills
  • Has high personal standards and promotes them in others
  • A valued team member who upholds Jellyfishs values and professional integrity
