Job Description
We are currently seeking a driven and analytical Sales Strategy Consultant to join our Houston-based team. This role will play a pivotal part in analyzing market trends designing strategic sales models and identifying growth opportunities for our clients. You will work closely with sales teams executives and cross-functional departments to deliver tailored strategies that drive performance and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with client objectives and market dynamics

  • Analyze sales data performance metrics and market trends to provide actionable insights

  • Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and recommend effective solutions

  • Identify opportunities to optimize pricing sales channels and customer segmentation

  • Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with clear communication and data visualization

  • Support execution plans and track the impact of implemented strategies

  • Work with internal teams to refine offerings and methodologies for continuous improvement


Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Economics or a related field (Masters preferred)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales strategy consulting or business analysis

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel CRM platforms and data visualization tools

  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines

  • Experience working in fast-paced client-facing environments
