Job Summary
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director will provide highlevel administrative support ensuring efficient operation and effective communication within the organisation. This role requires exceptional organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Managing Directors schedule including meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence reports presentations and other documents on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings including agenda creation minutetaking and followup on action items.
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
- Provide travel and ad hoc administrative support to the Executive Group operations.
- Coordinate with global divisional and functional Executive Assistants to support requirements as they relate to the Managing Director.
About You:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role preferably supporting senior executives.
- Expert Office Applications: Exceptional proficiency in all features of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strategic Executive Communication: Ability to handle and manage toplevel communications.
- Advanced ProblemSolving: Expertise in resolving the most complex administrative issues.
- Strategic Budget Analysis: Skills in managing and analyzing intricate budgets.
- Project Leadership: Mastery in leading and coordinating major projects.
- HighStakes Precision: Unparalleled attention to detail in critical documentation.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and with initiative while building effective relationships with colleagues.
- Experience managing travel and related matters for multiple concurrent executives.
