Job Description

As part of the Toronto Argonauts Membership Team you will be responsible for establishing and retaining relationships with a dedicated Season Ticket Member book of business.  You will be primarily accountable for renewing your Argos Member book of business to achieve leagueleading retention rates while also contributing to new business by selling new season seats. As part of the team you will be responsible for supporting the achievement of our annual department objectives and targets. The successful candidate should have an innovative mentality that can solve problems and thrive in a fastpaced environment.

  • Meet or exceed both renewal and new business targets during all annual campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed all dashboard targets.
  • Provide outstanding service through inbound and outbound calling campaigns and client meetings.
  • Maintain established client relationships servicing existing Member accounts.
  • Drive an emotional connection between Members and our brands through supporting the conceptualization development and execution of engagement programs.
  • Support to all other service initiatives and programs as required including but not limited to the Member relocation events game day duties and various Member networking events both in and out of the venue.
  • Maintain accurate financial administration and balancing for all accounts.
  • Participate in strategic and innovative thinking exercises to challenge the status quo.
  • Deepen relationships with existing members to expand their spending with the Argos and all MLSE brands.
  • Work in conjunction with the entire Ticket Sales Membership team to reach department goals and objectives.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other related duties as requested.

Qualifications :

  • 12 years of experience in developing sales and service relationships is ideal.
  • TicketMaster ARCHTICS or Salesforce knowledge is considered an asset but not essential.
  • An ongoing awareness and responsiveness to client happiness.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop professional relationships.
  • Confident user of Microsoft 360 Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint.
  • Skillful at listening understanding and communicating effectively.
  • A OneTeam approach toward departmental and companywide goals.
  • Proven to perform well under pressure; balance multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • A selfstarter with a mature professional demeanor and presence.
  • Alert and receptive to shifting demands within a fastpaced changing environment.
  • Comfortable and capable of delivering within a deadlinedriven environment applying time. management and organizational skills.
  • Available to work evenings weekends and holidays as the need arises.
