Introduction:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Specialist HRSS to join the team in providing the bestinclass offboarding experience for GF employees in the APAC region. You will be tasked to perform transactions for a supported service area in a region developing solutions to manage the service processes aligned with established practices policies and/or laws.
Your Job:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees HR business partners payroll and other internal stakeholders for offboarding procedures.
Responsible for ensuring timely and completion of a seamless workflow for offboarding employees in a shared services set up.
Complete exit clearance for resignees including but not limited to leave computation recovery of short notice period bonuses etc.
Work closely with the SGP incountry team on work pass cancellation matters.
Support and contribute to HR process improvement initiatives and regional/global HR projects as and when required.
Support HR audits compliance and regulatory reporting activities.
Prioritize and manage ones workload to meet critical deadlines.
Ensure compliance with all processes and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Any other adhoc duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or Management or in related fields.
4 to 6 years of experience in Human Resources function or related fields.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and HRIS.
Preferably with prior working experience using Workday system.
Preferably with prior working experience in a HR Shared Services function supporting APAC region.
Excellent communication time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to collaborate with all levels of staff as well as with customers.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Meticulous and good team player.
