About the Role
As a Desktop Support Engineer you will be the first point of contact for technical support ensuring seamless IT operations for employees. You ll troubleshoot hardware software and network issues while delivering outstanding customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 support Resolve issues with Windows OS 710 Office 365 Active Directory and GPOs.
- Hardware troubleshooting Diagnose and fix problems with PCs laptops printers and peripherals.
- Mobile & remote support Assist with iOS/Android devices VPN and collaboration tools.
- Ticket management Log track and resolve incidents efficiently within SLAs.
- Proactive maintenance Perform software updates patches and system checks.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in IT support (helpdesk/desktop roles).
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS Active Directory and Office 365.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting (PCs printers mobile devices).
- Certifications like CompTIA A or Microsoft MCP (a plus!.
Soft Skills:
- Fluent in English & German (B2/C1 level).
- Excellent problemsolving & communication skills.
