Job Description
Quality & Continuous Improvement Associate
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our quality and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist with internal audits document control and corrective actions while also supporting Kaizen events and process optimization efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with internal audits and corrective action investigations
- Maintain and update quality documents and procedures
- Support Kaizen and continuous improvement events
- Collect and analyze quality/production data to identify trends
- Help implement lean manufacturing principles to improve processes
Qualifications:
- BS in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 13 years of experience
- Familiarity with lean principles and quality systems
