Requirements
What You ll Do:
Provide IT support for incidents service requests and general queries via phone remote access email and onsite visits; resolve issues using ServiceNow and document actions accordingly.
Deploy and maintain IT equipment (PCs laptops Cisco phones mobile devices etc.) support application rollouts perform asset management and act as a liaison between IT Operations customers and external service providers.
Perform reporting and management tasks including escalation handling SLA adherence tracking knowledge sharing and maintaining internal IT processes and documentation.
What you need:
3 5 years of experience in IT support roles
Proficiency with Windows 10 macOS and Microsoft Office Suite
Imaging and deploying Windows OS
Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP Ethernet Windows Networking)
Experience supporting networked printers and AV systems
Familiarity with asset management and inventory tracking
Fluent in English and Greek
