Key Responsibilities: Learn and Grow with Us!
Learn Patient Consultation: Train to become a helpful guide for patients. Learn how to engage patients warmly understand their needs and assist them in selecting frames and learning about lens options under the guidance of experienced team members.
Develop Dispensary Skills: Receive handson training on maintaining impeccably organized clean and visually appealing frame displays. Learn how to perform precise eyewear adjustments and repairs and conduct quality checks to meet our high standards.
Master Order & Inventory Processes: Develop skills in managing the optical workflow. Learn how to meticulously handle the eyewear ordering process track job statuses for accuracy and timeliness check in completed jobs assist with vendor relationships and maintain accurate inventory control.
Receive Clinical & Team Support Training: Be trained by our team to accurately perform pretesting procedures retinal photography and visual field tests according to established protocols. Learn how to train new contact lens wearers on insertion removal and care with clear patient instructions.
Commit to Excellence & Growth: Collaborate effectively with colleagues proactively supporting team workflow. Focus on consistently following procedures embracing constructive feedback and contributing to a positive accountable and transparent culture. Learn to strive for 5star patient reviews through excellent service.

Training Completion: Successfully completing stages of our comprehensive training program (Ramp Plan).
Skill Application: Demonstrating the ability to apply learned skills accurately and efficiently (working towards a low Redo Rate).
Patient Interaction: Consistently positive interactions with patients and positive feedback from colleagues and supervisors.
Professionalism & Coachability: Demonstrating reliability (excellent attendance) enthusiasm ownership of learning and a strong willingness to adapt and follow guidance.
Understanding Goals: Grasping practice goals related to patient care quality and efficiency upon training completion.
