This position covers the responsibility of Social Media in the defined countries in appliance of brand strategies .
He/she ensures the operational deployment of these services regardless of the approach chosen: community advertising einfluence events or organic.
He/she works under the supervision of the VP manager Marketing Midscale ENA.
He/she manage the Junior social media manager Midscale ENA.
This role will manage the social media strategy for ENA with an expertise support approach on Iberia Mediterrannee & North Africa zones & a action management approach on UK Benelux Dash & France zones.
MAIN TASKS:
Develop a Social Media expertise & similar strategy on the ENA countries. Know the aspirational targets and current customers to create appropriate Social Media action plan that meet the expectations of customers and prospects.
Promote a clear and differentiating image of the brands in order to reinforce their awareness and their attractiveness.
Act as the interface for all communication issues with crossfunctional departments (strategic marketing internal communication partnerships press relations etc.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Discuss and cocreate with the team the Social Media strategy objectives and KPI. Following alignment with Brand leader supervise the agency briefs and deployment of the action plan based on a budget allocation across paid earned and owned social media channels (social media & influence actions).

Supervise & share with the internal team the tracking and analyses (paid earned and owned) media KPIs and follow up Customer Experience with given Tools (Sprinklr etc..
Be the entry point for Global Social Media contacts and cascade strategy and concepts in the defined countries
Be the entry point to support others teams & partners about social media & influence
Supervise and plan organization to provide Social Media guidelines and support actions to the hotels
Keep yourself update on the latest news trends platforms updates etc. and be the entry point for Partners such as Social media platforms (Tiktok Snapchat .

Additional Information :
Formation : Mastery of communication techniques on social networks and associated web tools as well as the sectors CMS: e.g. knowledge of social media scheduling software
In depth knowledge of customer journeys and a clear vision of the contribution of digital touch points to the brand and its interaction with consumers
Proven ability of managing projects
Able to work in a fastpaced environment with a strong capacity for adaptability and the ability to bounce back: perfect ability to take a step back in order to analize the situation with a calm approach.
Proven ability with monitoring metrics
Experience with Content Production
Excellent communication skills (written / oral)
Experience on travel tourism & hospitality market is a plus.
