Job Description
for Finance leaders who has 14yrs of experience in managing all the towers.
Looking only immediate joiners or else who can join in 30 days.

Location Pune
only looking from Bpo.
ctcupto 40-42 lacs
- Guiding mentoring and motivating team members to achieve their goals and contribute to the overall success of the finance department.
- Assigning tasks monitoring performance and ensuring the quality and accuracy of work produced by the team.
- Providing guidance feedback and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Analyzing financial data identifying trends and providing insights to support decision-making.
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements reports and dashboards to communicate financial performance.
1. 12 to 20 years of overall experience 2. Managed a large team 3. Exposure to retail sales/ channel sales more than project sales in the building materials domain 4. Passion to drive and achieve the sales targets 5. Excellent communication skills
