Job Description

1. Senior HR Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of overall experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role Must have experience leading a team and handling multi-location HR operations Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliances, payroll systems, and HRMS tools Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and report preparation Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills Automobile industry experience will be a strong advantage Preferred Candidate Profile: Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent Gender: Open to both male and female candidates Industry Preference: Automobile/Manufacturing/Retail (preferred but not mandatory)
