Role Overview:
The GM/DGM Marketing (Content) will lead content development and the creative process for all Organization brands. This includes ideation content creation storyboarding visualization and copywriting for marketing materials across various platforms. The role requires overseeing projects from conception to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead endtoend creative development: ideation storyboarding visualization and copywriting for all marketing needs.
- Create content and copy for emailers websites brochures newsletters videos social media and other platforms.
- Build lead and review the creative teams work for online and offline materials.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including agencies designers and writers.
- Conduct brainstorming sessions to drive creative thinking.
- Track campaign effectiveness across mediums.
- Suggest innovative brand strategies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure brand consistency in all communication.
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in content development and copywriting.
- Graduate/Postgraduate from a premier institution.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong written verbal and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in content development.
- Resultoriented and a selfstarter.
