Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive in our company who would be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness customer engagement and sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles digital marketing market research and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies: Create and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Oversee marketing campaigns: Manage the planning execution and performance analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital social media and traditional advertising.
- Conduct market research: Analyse market trends consumer behaviour and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Manage the marketing budget: Develop and manage the marketing budget ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team: Supervise and guide junior marketing staff fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance: Track key metrics analyse data and make data-driven adjustments to optimise campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with sales product and operations teams to ensure alignment and cohesive branding.
- Manage content creation: Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing content across various channels.
- Build and maintain relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing with at least 2-3 years in a senior role preferably in the FMCG/food or restaurant industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing including SEO/SEM social media marketing and email marketing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
