Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager to oversee Technology operations in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will have strong IT management experience and expertise in SAP eCommerce and supply chain systems.
Responsibilities:
Lead regional Tech initiatives and support global solution rollouts
Manage and operate regional platforms provide user support
Maintain core systems support new store openings manage vendors
Provide operational metrics performance reporting for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Technology or related field
10 years IT experience 5 years as IT Manager in MNC
Handson experience with SAP eCommerce OMS Jda systems
Understanding of E2E eCommerce operations and diverse eCommerce environments in APAC
Strong relationships with service providers in APAC
Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin). Excellent communicator good presentation skills
