We are hiring experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Consultants for our client in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in implementing configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors LMS modules with deep domain knowledge in learning and development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors LMS module based on business requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather learning and compliance training needs
- Design effective solutions using LMS capabilities including curricula items programs and assignments
- Handle content integration reporting and user management within the LMS platform
- Conduct end-user training and support post-implementation rollout activities
- Monitor and resolve system issues enhancements and change requests
- Coordinate with SAP and third-party vendors for issue resolution when needed
- Work closely with other SuccessFactors modules such as PMGM Employee Central etc. for seamless integration
Required Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementation and support
- Strong knowledge of Learning Assignment Profiles Item creation Curriculum configuration Scheduled Offering and User Management
- Good understanding of SAP Learning Reporting Tools Learning Assessments and SCORM/AICC content
- Experience in integration with SAP HCM Employee Central or third-party content providers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to independently handle client interactions and training sessions
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP SuccessFactors LMS Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience working in Agile or Hybrid project delivery environments
- Exposure to Learning Analytics JAM or Mobile LMS functionality is a plus
