About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Customer Retention Sales Manager. This remote 1099 independent contractor role offers performance-based pay with unlimited earning potential. You will work with existing and returning clients to strengthen relationships identify additional needs and ensure they remain long-term customers. Full training and mentorship are providedno prior sales or insurance experience required.
What Youll Do
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients
Conduct virtual or phone check-ins to assess satisfaction and uncover new needs
Recommend additional products or services to enhance coverage and benefits
Guide clients through updates renewals and policy changes
Keep accurate records of all interactions in our CRM
Participate in ongoing training to refine your sales and service skills
