Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise. Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices. Key Responsibilities
Supports M&A deal including preparations negotiations diligence and finalizing agreements. Coordinates internal and external resources including investment bank and other advisory resources during due diligence and negotiations.
Prepares business case and presentation materials for the M&A committee Investment subcommittee of Board and Board meetings Direct participation in meetings involving most senior executives of the Company including CEO CFO and business segment leads.
Primary responsibility is valuation modeling for acquisitions divestitures investments and joint ventures including preparation of the following analysis:
Develops base case and synergy case assumptions and projections in conjunction with business unit staff. Develops own view of price and value.

NoThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade jobrelated knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.
For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100 goal achievement.
