Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Production of Management accounts across group
  • Consolidation of Monthly results
  • Prepare Forecast and consolidate
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with auditors as needed.
  • Analyse financial data to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders.
  • Cashflow forecasting
  • Assist in the budgeting
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Produce Monthly Balance sheet commentary

Skills and Experience

  • Multi- currency multi entity experience a must
  • Solid accounting knowledge and process knowledge required
  • Good working knowledge of Word and Outlook
  • Excel knowledge needs to be at Pivot level Minimum
  • Excellent knowledge of Xero and Xero report writing
  • Linking Xero to Excel a benefit use of APIs or ODBC
  • Previous audit experience
  • Experience of French /Spanish accounting a benefit
  • Knowledge of French/Spanish/German a benefit

Essential

  • Current valid right to work in the country where the role is based
  • Recognised Accountancy qualification ( ACA ACCA preferred)
  • 3 years group financial accounting experience
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritise
  • Tech and process savy
  • Flexible approach and ability to deal with complexity.
  • Ability to work to a deadline
  • Ability to communicate effectively to cross -functional teams across the business
