Job Description:
This position is responsible for providing the clinical education to patients with diabetes on selfmanagement skills. The individual will organize and oversee various areas of patient diabetes management to include but not limited to education compliance and followup coordinating care among multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required
BLS required
Certified diabetic educator required
Must have clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting or can be a qualified health care professional
Excellent communication skills required
