Their Corporate Services team plays a pivotal role in supporting business operations ensuring efficiency and technological advancement.
Our client is seeking an experienced Head of IT to take full ownership of IT operations across their group. This strategic leadership role will drive IT strategy governance security and innovation ensuring that technology aligns with business objectives and enhances operational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will lead a team manage IT service providers and oversee infrastructure compliance system support and business solutions. This is a highimpact role requiring a blend of technical expertise strategic vision and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the IT strategy to align with business goals.
- Lead and manage the IT team fostering professional growth and innovation.
- Identify and manage external service providers to ensure optimal IT service delivery.
- Ensure IT governance and compliance adhering to industry regulations and data security standards.
- Oversee IT security and implement disaster recovery strategies.
- Lead IT projects system upgrades and implementation of new technologies.
- Assess and mitigate IT risks ensuring business continuity.
- Optimize IT budget and cost management while maintaining high service levels.
- Analyze business processes and recommend technologydriven improvements.
- Support and drive digital transformation across the organization.

Minimum Requirements:
MustHaves:
- Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent.
- 10 years of experience in IT including 35 years in senior management.

- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex IT projects.
