This role is a key contributor position focused on driving occupancy and revenue through outside sales efforts. This is onsite position based at Woven Workspace.
- Market promote and sell all Woven workspace.
- Respond quickly and professionally to clients needs while adhering to established procedures for business
- Develop a Business Plan based on anticipated business
- Initiate and maintain Account Profile for all accounts
- On a regular basis meet with Market President to review the status of each account
- Maintain key KPIs
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 4year degree concentration in Sales or Design preferred
- 25 years of sales experience
- Valid drivers license and personal vehicle required
- Strong written and verbal communication interpersonal and customer service skills
- Microsoft Office Suite skills and ability
- Good organizational time management customer service and problem solving skills
- Ability to read and understand floor plans and other related technical drawings
- Exercise flexibility initiative and good judgement
