As the Head of Sales at Turnkey youll own the and scaling of Turnkeys sales function leading our existing Sales team while refining our GTM strategy. Youll work closely with our marketing product and engineering teams to acquire new clients while optimizing the sales process owning deal from kickoff to close establishing and tracking key metrics and continuously improving how we operate. This is a playercoach role that requires a blend of strategic thinking and tactical .
Key responsibilities:
Lead and scale Turnkeys sales function reporting directly to the CEO and owning metrics processes coaching and hiring.
Refine and execute our GTM strategy ensuring were targeting the right clients and operating efficiently as a team
Become an expert in Turnkeys developerfirst product offering guiding top tier clients in their decision processes
Identify new segments and targets leverage your network to get in touch and push deals to close
Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure we evolve our product in line with sales feedback
Establish key performance metrics and regularly report on sales performance
7 years of sales experience with a proven track record of driving growth at a fastgrowing startup
Experience leading and scaling a sales team particularly in infrastructure API or other developerfocused products
Proficiency in both enterprise sales and highvelocity sales motions with strong consultative selling skills
Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem and its unique challenges
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions
Excellent communication negotiation and storytelling abilities
Established networks in both crypto and fintech
Experience scaling sales in emerging categories
Experience working closely with engineering and product teams
Growthoriented with an experimental entrepreneurial mindset
